Pray

Please pray for Haiti. The damage from the recent earthquake is unfathomable. Thousands are dead or missing. The small nation hasn't experienced an earthquake of this magnitude in 200 years. Please pray for the people of Haiti. Pray for healing- physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. Pray that they're able to find hope in the hopelessness of our world. Pray that God will use this to revolutionize the nation. Pray that He will surround these precious people with His love, providing all of their needs. Pray for all of the precious children who have been effected.

And please pray for my friend Mallery. She has invested her life in serving the people of Haiti. She loves them with all of her heart. Pray that God comforts her as she deals with the loss of loved ones. Pray that she's able to find those that are still missing, particularly sweet Rosie. Pray for hope. Pray that she has the strength to continue her ministry. Pray that she is encouraged. Pray that God speaks truth into her life right now as He wraps her in His arms. Pray that God will restore to her all that has been lost tenfold (her house and school have been leveled, and there is damage to the orphanage that she is involved in). Pray that Mal is able to trust God in this.
